Production Technician The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates for Production Technician positions in the Columbus, OH area. This is a great opportunity for a temp-to-hire placement. Compensation/Shift/Benefits of Production Technician Pay: $17 Shift: 7am-3:30pm Monday - Friday Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO Eligibility for the Work and Win program Rent/Mortgage paid for a year Responsibilities of Production Technician Operate packaging equipment to package and barcode unit-dose medications while completing daily production orders. Perform daily preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments on packaging equipment to ensure efficient operation. Generate accurate packaging labels, maintain a stocked workstation, and follow all SOPs and cGMP regulations. Perform other duties as required and/or assigned. Requirements of Production Technician High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in packaging or a related field preferred. Experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment is preferred, especially in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to operate equipment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
