Pro Bono Program Leader - Access to Justice & Partnerships

Lead delivery of legal services through ICLS's pro bono program Oversee and direct pro bono projects, recruiting and training volunteers Supervise pro bono team including attorney and non-attorney staff Represent ICLS in pro bono initiatives and conferences Work with Community Engagement Team to recognize partners and volunteers Manage law firm and corporate partnership strategies Ensure compliance with grant requirements and oversight of programs Requirements J.D. degree and licensed to practice law in California at hire Passion for expanding access to justice and serving low-income communities Experience practicing law and supervising attorneys Commitment to inclusive practices and cultural humility Experience developing strategic partnerships Ability to manage complex projects with minimal supervision Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills Effective ambassador for ICLS with stakeholders Strong writing, verbal communication, and public speaking skills Ability to recruit, train, mentor, and supervise staff and volunteers Experience with grants and working with funders preferred Reliable transportation and ability to travel occasionally Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in leading pro bono legal services, managing partnerships, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements.
