This is a high-impact role for a business-minded attorney who thrives on relationship-building, enjoys autonomy, and wants to leverage legal credibility to drive meaningful commercial real estate transactions with law firms and lenders.This opportunity offers substantial earning potential, uncapped commissions, and the ability to build long-term client relationships in an underserved and highly competitive market.Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in California, in good standing3–4 years of substantive experienceExperience as a billing, originations, relationship, attorney or in a role requiring active client developmentCommercial real estate or commercial lending experience strongly preferredDemonstrated business development or sales aptitude with a client-facing mindsetExisting relationships within the legal or lending community are a plusStrong knowledge of commercial real estate law, including federal and state title insurance regulationsExperience with sales database systems (Salesforce or similar) and social media as tools to manage and expand client relationshipsQualifications:High energy, persistence, and accountability for resultsPROFESSIONAL IN ALL ASPECTS (APPEARANCE, DEMEANOR, PRESENTATION, ETC.)Familiarity with the title insurance industry strongly preferredDeep understanding of the sales cycle and a drive for achieving revenue targetsStrong ability to adapt strategy to changing market conditionsExcellent relationship-building and communication skills with clients at all levels, in-person and virtuallyExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex real estate transactionsValid driver's license required for territory travelStrong credibility with attorney peers and senior decision-makersAbility to work independently in a field-based environmentComfortable collaborating closely with underwriting and escrow professionalsExcellent networking, communication, and follow-up skillsMotivated by results, accountability, and uncapped earning potentialKey ResponsibilitiesServe as a direct point of contact for clients regarding commercial real estate transactional mattersPromote and sell national commercial real estate transaction servicesConduct market research to compile targeted lead lists and execute structured outreach plansDevelop and maintain a commercial client base by identifying and securing new business, while strengthening existing client relationshipsEngage with law firm clients and real estate agents, brokers, and lenders through calls, in-person meetings, and virtual presentationsAssess individual client needs and objectives to deliver compelling, tailored presentationsMaintain strong visibility in the San Francisco Bay Area commercial real estate market by attending networking events and industry functionsCollaborate with internal underwriting and escrow teams to deliver seamless client serviceWhy Join Us?Become part of a dynamic team at an inclusive company that truly values its employees.
