Step into an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting elementary students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) working on-site near Randolph, VT. This contract role involves full-time hours (37.5 per week) and extends from September 2026 through June 2027. You’ll have the chance to help foster speech and language success in a small, focused caseload of 40 students ranging from pre-K through 8th grade.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Holds or is eligible for SLPA licensure
• Background in school-based or pediatric SLP services preferred
• Experience assisting or collaborating with CCC-SLPs
• Open to both Clinical Fellows and experienced candidates
• Knowledge of IEP-driven interventions and documentation
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and school staff
• Professional, reliable, and compassionate demeanor

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language support services under the supervision of an SLP
• Implement therapeutic activities and individual or small-group lessons tailored to students’ needs
• Assist with screening, progress monitoring, and detailed documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with special education staff, general educators, and families
• Provide input during IEP meetings as appropriate and help ensure student goals are addressed
