Pay and bonus potential Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving. Weekly performance pay. $3,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers. $1,500 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
