We are seeking an energetic and motivated Bilingual Customer Account Coordinator to join the Domestic Sales department of an established manufacturing company in Davie, FL.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3–5 years of experience in customer service, account coordination, sales support, order management, or administrative sales support who is ready to take the next step in their career.

We are looking for someone who is professional, driven, adaptable, eager to learn, and interested in developing their skills with the opportunity to grow into an Account Executive role within the department .

Location: Davie, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per year
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for assigned customers and provide professional, timely support.
• Assist with customer accounts, orders, documentation, and ongoing follow-up.
• Respond to customer questions and help resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer and account information.
• Assist with purchase orders, pricing information, order status, and other account-related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments including Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality Assurance, Packaging, and Logistics.
• Follow up internally to ensure customer requests and orders are handled accurately and on time.
• Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and customer documentation.
• Support Account Executives with daily account activities and customer needs.
• Learn the company's products, processes, customers, and internal operations.
• Take on additional account responsibilities as knowledge and experience develop.

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in customer service, account coordination, sales support, order management, administrative sales support, or a related role.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Comfortable communicating directly with customers by phone and email.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow-ups.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate customer and order information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general computer applications.
• CRM or ERP experience is a plus.
• Experience with purchase orders, quotes, pricing, order processing, invoicing, or similar documentation is a plus.
• Manufacturing, pharmaceutical, distribution, logistics, or other B2B industry experience is a plus but not required .
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
