Global SQD Training Lead

Position Summary Leads the global Supplier Quality training strategy for internal teams and suppliers. Drives capability development through a blended approach (web-based, in-person, and on-site supplier training) to ensure consistent application of Stellantis standards and improved supplier performance. Key Responsibilities Define and deploy global SQD training framework aligned with APQP, Control Plan, MRS, CAT, and IATF Deliver internal training via e-learning, virtual sessions, and in-person workshops Lead Supplier Training Weeks (global/regional, in-person + virtual) Conduct on-site supplier training focused on core tools and shop floor application Deploy global training for APQP/PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MRS, CAT Ensure training effectiveness through audits, field validation, and supplier engagement Manage training content, certification, and digital learning platforms Lead creation of Organizational Radar Charts Basic Qualifications Engineering or Quality degree Minimum 8+ years in Supplier Quality / Manufacturing Strong experience in APQP, PPAP, supplier development, and training delivery Ability to operate globally and cross-functionally Travel Global travel required 60% (Supplier Sites, etc.) At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
