About the Position

# Job Opportunity – Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse – Texas Start Date: September 16, 2026 Location: San Antonio, Texas Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends and holiday coverage Highlights:

• Women's Services unit featuring 10 Labor & Delivery Rooms, 2 Operating Rooms, and 2 Triage rooms
• AWHONN-guided staffing ratios ensuring safe, quality patient care
• Updated equipment including HillRom and GE technology
• EMR system utilizing Expanse for documentation and CPN for monitoring
• Collaborative team environment with Clinical Nurse Coordinators, RNs, Unit Coordinators, and Surgical Technicians
• Opportunities to work across Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Triage, and OR settings

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license in Texas
• Labor and Delivery experience required
• Ability to circulate in the Operating Room for cesarean sections
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
• Labor with Postpartum and Triage experience preferred
