Cornerstone Inc. is hiring an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our team!

This position focuses on delivering excellent customer support, building strong client relationships, and contributing to overall sales efforts within a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities: 

• Build and maintain knowledge of our products and services
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns
• Assist with the sales process, including product presentations and demonstrations
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve department and company goals
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow company policies and procedures
• Communicate professionally with customers by phone, email, and other channels

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or another customer-facing role
• Negotiation or relationship-building experience
• Strong time management and organizational skills
