Project Manager Opportunity | Hudson County, NJ
\n \nWe are partnering with a well-established Tri-State General Contractor with a family-led, developer-builder approach and a strong track record delivering ground-up high-rise residential developments throughout the region.
\n \nWith a growing pipeline of work concentrated in Hudson County, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a ground-up high-rise residential project.
\n \nLocation: Hudson County, NJ Project Type: Ground-Up High-Rise Residential
\n \nThis role is ideal for a hands-on builder from a GC background with 5-10 years of experience managing ground-up residential projects.
\n \nThe successful candidate will act as the operational lead on the project, working closely with Executive Leadership, Superintendents, subcontractors, consultants, and ownership teams to drive successful project execution.
\n \nKey Responsibilities:
\n✔ Full lifecycle project delivery from preconstruction through closeout
\n✔ Ownership of budgeting, forecasting, cost control & buyout processes
\n✔ Management of CPM schedules, sequencing & two-week look-aheads
\n✔ Oversight of subcontractor procurement, coordination & performance
\n✔ Leadership of Project Engineers, APMs & field teams
\n✔ Management of RFIs, submittals, change orders & client reporting
\n✔ Oversight of safety, quality control & compliance standards
\n✔ Client-facing leadership throughout all project phases
\n✔ Close coordination with field operations to maintain schedule and productivity
\n \nRequirements:
\n▪ 5-10 years of construction management experience
\n▪ Proven experience delivering ground-up high-rise residential projects
\n▪ GC background required
\n▪ Strong understanding of NJ/Tri-State construction operations and logistics
\n▪ Ability to lead both office and field teams effectively
\n▪ Proficiency with scheduling, cost reporting & construction management software
\n▪ Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
