About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Transaction Advisory and Financial Due Diligence. This senior role is pivotal in leading sell-side due diligence engagements, directly interacting with executives and investors, and contributing to the expansion of the advisory platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to final deliverables, ensuring the highest quality standards and client satisfaction. Key tasks include preparing and reviewing financial analyses, identifying transaction risks and opportunities, and effectively communicating findings to various stakeholders. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, continuously improving processes, and supporting business development initiatives. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a preference for a CPA and/or advanced degree. A minimum of 6 years' experience in financial due diligence, transaction advisory services, audit, or related consulting is required, along with a strong understanding of quality of earnings analysis and working capital reviews. The role demands excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. While not mandatory, experience in the insurance industry is considered beneficial. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional with a proven track record in managing multiple engagements and leading project teams, and must be willing to travel as necessary.
