Position Overview An established and growing engineering and consulting organization is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its Transportation practice in the New England region. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex transportation projects for state agencies and municipalities, with a primary focus in New Hampshire and broader exposure across the Northeast. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage transportation design and planning projects from start to finish Oversee multi-disciplinary project teams and ensure successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects Develop scopes of work, budgets, and schedules, while monitoring overall project performance Serve as a client-facing leader for public agencies and municipalities Mentor and develop junior staff while strengthening team capabilities Support business development efforts, including proposals and client engagement Ensure quality control and quality assurance standards are met across deliverables Play a key role in expanding transportation services across the New England region Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree (engineering or related field preferred) 10+ years of experience in transportation project management PMP, CCM, DBIA, or similar certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months) Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or transportation projects Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) license Degree in civil, structural, or transportation engineering Experience working with State DOTs or municipal transportation agencies Background supporting proposals and client presentations Strong familiarity with transportation projects across New England Additional Details Travel: Minimal (~5%, project‑dependent) Opportunities for regional project exposure and career advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr LVI Associates
