About the Role
The Company is seeking a Global Vice President for Asset Protection, Security, and Safety. This senior leadership role is pivotal in setting and executing the enterprise strategy for a wide range of critical functions, including asset protection, corporate security, global security operations, health and safety, crisis and incident management, and business continuity. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing global organization, serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, and establishing a comprehensive risk framework to protect the company's people, assets, and reputation. Key responsibilities include overseeing budgets, security technology, and resource allocation, as well as maintaining strategic relationships with global security partners. The role demands a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of security and safety disciplines, the ability to operate at an executive level, and a proven track record in managing global security programs. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree being a plus, and at least 15 years of leadership experience in security and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global security operations, crisis management, and business continuity, and possess the skills to influence senior stakeholders and lead through complex incidents. A data-driven approach to performance and governance, as well as the ability to build and develop high-performing teams, is essential.
