In this production team member role, you'll handle the important tasks, packing and labeling products, operating machinery, assembling components. Whether you're loading machines or checking for quality, you'll be a key player in making sure our products are top-notch.

Your day-to-day will include operating equipment, performing quality checks, and packaging finished goods. You'll keep an eye on production goals and help maintain a safe and clean workspace. And the best part? You'll be doing it all with a team that's genuinely rooting for your success.

We offer our Production Team Position:

• Pay rate: $18/hr.
• Shifts:
  • 2nd: 2 PM – 10:30 PM
• Referral bonus: Earn $100 for every friend you refer to us, plus an additional $25 bonus for your referral to WSI.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing or mechanical operations is preferred but if you're eager to learn, we're eager to teach.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds and stand for long periods think of it as your daily workout.
• Basic math skills and comfort with assembly equipment.
• Must be able to speak, write, and read basic English.
• A positive attitude, a team mindset, and the drive to make each day count.
