Take Accurate Orders - Enter orders quickly and precisely in our POS system. Handle Payments with Care - Process cash, card, and digital payments smoothly. Keep it Clean & Cozy - Maintain a tidy register area and front-of-house atmosphere. Know the Menu - Guide guests with confidence about our delicious offerings. Offer a Little Extra - Suggest sides, drinks, or pastries to enhance the meal. Solve with a Smile - Address guest concerns with professionalism and kindness. Team Player - Support teammates and jump in wherever needed. What You’ll Bring: A positive, upbeat attitude and love for guest service Strong communication and people skills Accuracy and comfort handling cash/POS systems Energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work weekends and holidays Prior cashier or customer service experience is a plus - but not required! This position operates in a fast-paced restaurant environment and may involve exposure to hot equipment, kitchen hazards, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires frequent standing, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift, including the ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
