The Senior Product Manager will play a crucial role in driving market leadership in T-Mobile’s rapidly growing home and enterprise broadband fiber business. The Broadband Fiber Product Manager is a key contributor to the roadmap and execution of fiber-broadband products and services. You’ll bridge across operations, commercial, legal, engineering, finance, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver scalable, competitive broadband solutions that delight both residential and business customers.This means identifying the intersection of customer problems/unmet needs (an opportunity), operational/technical feasibility and business economics to deliver customer value. Candidates should be familiar with forward and reverse operational processes, supplier management, fiber network and Wi-Fi technologies, network economics, and working with fiber router equipment providers. The ideal candidate will also have experience with the application of AI and home automation in the broadband industry. The Senior Broadband Product Manager is a focal point for the organization, responsible for coordinating T-Mobile cross functional teams and fiber industry partners to drive broadband growth. The Senior Product Manager must have excellent communication skills and experience working across technology, sourcing, and commercial marketing teams.The Senior Product Manager’s day to day activities/responsibilities will include gathering product requirements from internal stakeholders and fiber business partners, publishing a technology and service road map, maintaining relationships and contractual requirements with equipment manufacturers and business partners, defining opportunities for technology and service integration, establishing scalable operational processes for the T-Fiber business, and helping to drive scope for device sourcing and service partnerships.Responsibilities:Define fiber/broadband product roadmaps aligned with market needs and operator requirementsEvangelize strategy internally and externally, gather requirements, and influence stakeholders across technology, procurement, operations and equipment partnersCoordinate product activities among internal stakeholders, fiber business partners and equipment providersEstablish and oversee business relationships with fiber technology partnersLead cross-functional alignment across internal teams to support and execute broader Fiber initiatives and strategic objectives.Facilitate the definition and harmonization of requirements across multiple organizations to ensure cohesive and executable delivery plans.Author and maintain Product Requirement Documents for Fiber related HWIdentify new opportunities to deliver customer value and business growthSeek opportunities to speed time to market, streamline product portfolios and improve business efficiencyCoordinate the evaluation of new technologies and services with T-Mobile cross functional teamsCollaborate closely with technical stakeholders to ensure architectural consistency and alignment toward a comprehensive end-to-end Fiber solution.Contribute subject matter expertise across various domains, offering input on hardware architecture, network infrastructure, and user-facing experiences.Champion internal Fiber-related initiatives by evaluating hardware components and understanding their implications across the full system lifecycle.Provide product/feature recommendations to T-Mobile’s Product Portfolio and Commercial Marketing teamsStay at the forefront of broadband technologies and contribute to long-term strategic evolutionQualifications:7+ years in consumer broadband, telecommunications, consumer electronics or related industry experience and skills7+ years in Product Management, telecom engineering, or related roles (fiber, broadband, CPEs)Familiar with fiber-broadband technologies (PON, ONT, FTTH, Ethernet, WiFi)Familiarity with emerging broadband trends: embedded-AI, IoT integration, Wi‑Fi 8, USP/TR‑369, cloud‑based services, and relevant software stacks (RDK/OpenWRT/OpenSync)Experience launching large-scale deployments with operatorsStrong knowledge of broadband industry including technology, suppliers, products, platforms and positioningExcellent analytical and business skillsExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building skillsStrong communications skills with cross functional teams and at leadership levelsAdvanced Microsoft Office skillsBachelor’s degree requiredAt least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United StatesTravel:Travel Required (Yes/No): YesDOT Regulated:DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No): NoSafety Sensitive Position (Yes/No): NoBase Pay Range: $121,600 - $219,400Corporate Bonus Target: 20%The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
