Registered Nurse - Neuro Progressive Care Unit

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

The Registered Nurse in the Neuro Progressive Care Unit will provide care for patients with neurological conditions, including stable post-stroke and stable neuro surgery patients. You will also manage telemetry patients and medical patients in a progressive care unit setting.

Deliver patient care to adults and geriatric populations in a progressive care environment.

Monitor and interpret telemetry data for appropriate patient care.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Administer medications and manage treatment plans as prescribed.

Utilize EHR Cerner for patient documentation and care planning.

Current RN license.

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a similar setting.

Experience with neuro medical and surgical patients preferred.

Certifications in telemedicine or telemetry nursing is a plus.
