Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Santa Fe, NM. This role involves providing comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment plan development, implementation, and discharge planning. - Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for inpatients and outpatients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
- Document initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Participate in patient care conferences and interdepartmental meetings.
- Provide patient, family, and caregiver education and counseling.
- Coordinate the Physical Therapy and Physical Therapy Assistant student programs.
- Assist with department operations, including orientation and scheduling.
- Identify and provide educational opportunities for self, department, and community.
- Demonstrate adherence to organization's CORE values and performance improvement activities.
- Current New Mexico Physical Therapist licensure
- BLS certification from AHA
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Completion of pre-employment and annual health screening
