This position partners with leadership to provide financial insights, improve business performance, and support key decision-making initiatives.ResponsibilitiesPrepare forecasts, annual budgets, and financial projections.Produce monthly financial reports, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses.Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.Analyze inventory, reserves, and financial risks.Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain financial controls.Manage fixed assets and support lease accounting compliance.Identify opportunities to improve operational and financial performance.Support ad hoc reporting and special projects.Qualifications DesiredBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.5+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, or cost accounting experience.Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.Manufacturing experience.ERP system experience.CMA, CPA, FPAC, or similar professional certificationBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan.
