Inside Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update client information, orders, and service requests in the company system
• Maintain and verify client records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Process client orders, returns, refunds, and service requests promptly
• Respond to client inquiries regarding order status or account information and provide ongoing updates
• Build and nurture trusted client relationships, identifying opportunities to meet client needs
• Listen to and analyze client feedback, addressing concerns and providing resolutions
• Offer proactive guidance and personalized support based on each client’s unique situation
• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill client requests and escalate technical issues as needed
• Assist with documentation, record management, and administrative tasks to support the client service team
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following company standards, procedures, and legal regulations
• Report any animal welfare or food safety issues to management immediately
• Report damages to company vehicles, equipment, or buildings using the maintenance work order system
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and biosecurity and animal welfare policies

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Fast and accurate data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Teamwork skills and willingness to assist others
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet assigned work schedules and comply with time and attendance policies
• Ability to use standard office equipment and sit for extended periods
• Ability to walk, bend, reach, and stoop frequently, and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs
• Ability to work in various environments, including office, warehouse, production floors, and live operation barns (may require PPE and exposure to cold, wet, or loud conditions)
