Geriatric PTA for PACE: Restore Mobility & Independence
MIDLAND CARE CONNECTION INC
Midland Care Connection Inc. is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant for our PACE program in Olathe, KS. The PTA works under a licensed PT to maintain or improve strength, balance, and mobility of older adults in home and center settings. You will provide therapeutic exercises, assist with transfers, and monitor progress while coordinating with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe, independent daily living for participants. #J-18808-Ljbffr MIDLAND CARE CONNECTION INC
