Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist in the assembly of menu items with precision and efficiency
- Cook dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards, ensuring consistency and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support menu planning by preparing components for daily specials or catering events
- Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and freshness
- Assist with meal preparation for both dine-in service and catering orders, ensuring timely delivery
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of food service and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Strong culinary skills including knife techniques, cooking methods, and food presentation
- Experience in full service dining or restaurant settings is highly desirable, showcasing ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques and recipes
