As a Security Officer TWIC Route Driver in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Driving Security Officer at a retail and mall location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for visitors, tenants, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $23.72 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 06:00 PM - 02:00 AM Tue 06:00 PM - 02:00 AM Wed 06:00 PM - 02:00 AM Thur 06:00 PM - 02:00 AM Sun 06:00 PM - 02:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail and common areas, entry points, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel. Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and directions while maintaining a professional presence at the location. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
