Cath Lab Tech Position

Location: Marquette, Michigan

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Variable shift start times at 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM. On-call requirements are included.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technician to join our team. The Cath Lab Tech will be responsible for assisting with various cardiac imaging procedures and ensuring the proper functioning of cath lab equipment. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Performing angiography, angioplasty, and other invasive procedures.
• Preparing and maintaining cath lab equipment.
• Monitoring patients' condition during procedures.
• Assisting in hemodynamic calculations and evaluations.
• Collaborating with physicians and healthcare team members to deliver patient-centered care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Experience with cath lab procedures is preferred, but training will be provided if needed.
• Familiarity with EHR systems such as Merge Hemo and Cerner is a plus.
