Dental Office Operations Leader in Training
PDS Health
PDS Health seeks an Operations Manager Trainee to learn to independently run a Framingham dental office as part of the OM Development Program. You will engage in structured curriculum, on-the-job practice, and development meetings with supervision. Expect to manage Front and Back Office teams, drive revenue and budget adherence, and develop a sustainable office plan.
