Hotel Director Of Revenue StrategyHospitality Spotlight is looking for a Hotel Director of Revenue Strategy for a client in southern California. The work includes providing leadership in the areas of Revenue Management (including distribution, revenue optimization, digital marketing, reservations, analysis, evaluation +) Identifying new revenue opportunities and developing and deploying new strategies Providing daily, weekly and monthly reporting Optimizing and expanding distribution partnerships Challenging and influencing the hotel to improve service level and operational standards Building and maintaining strong working relationships Traveling as needed.What you've already done (requirements): 5 to 7 years of experience implementing revenue management operations, procedures and best practices within a hotel environment Developed and deployed new strategies Experience repositioning a hotel Maintain knowledge of current economic conditions within the hospitality industry Experience with property revenue management with a focus on group, transient, and corporate Worked with independent and luxury/upscale hotels Bachelor's degree Must possess a track record of successful leadership Developed interpersonal, adaptive influencing and supervisory management skills Knowledge of online hotel reservation systems and revenue management systems + Additional duties as required by role.
