QMAPs Duties and Responsibilities: Preparing/delivering medications for residents Administering various types of medication throughout the day Recording every dose of medication administered Observing residents to look for changes Notifying nurses about changes or medical issues with residents Following all safety protocols QMAP skills and qualifications: Written and verbal communication skills Strong computer skills Strong attention to detail First aid and CPR certification Knowledge of medical terminology and conditions Ability to prepare medication doses accurately Patient, calm demeanor Strong problem-solving skills QMAP Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Long-Term and Short-Term Disability Vacation and Paid Sick Time #J-18808-Ljbffr Sanmarinoretirement
