Role Description This is a full‑time, onsite role for a Client Services Associate based in Bethesda, MD, with some flexibility for remote work. The Client Services Associate will support the daily operational needs of the wealth management team, including resolving client inquiries, managing client accounts, preparing reports, and supporting financial advisors in delivering comprehensive client solutions. The individual will engage with clients to ensure a superior customer service experience, manage account documentation, and perform administrative tasks efficiently. Qualifications Strong skills in Client Services, Customer Support, and Customer Service Excellent verbal and written Communication skills Basic understanding of Finance concepts and a commitment to expanding financial knowledge Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in the financial services or wealth management industry is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Seventy2 Capital Wealth Management
