Role Description

The Live Seller & Community Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Carrollton, TX. In this role, you will host engaging live selling sessions multiple times per week on TikTok, Instagram/Facebook and Whatnot. You will also be spending a lot of time building up our Facebook Community, encouraging customers to talk with each other. This role takes a motivated person, who is a self-starter and prefers to be marketing and engaging an audience.

Qualifications

• Strong on-camera presence and communication skills
• Live Selling experience is a plus
• Community Management skills, including social media engagement and customer interaction
• Marketing and Branding knowledge to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
• Content Creation and Storytelling abilities to communicate the brands message effectively
• Organizational and Time-Management skills to handle live sessions, community engagement, and other responsibilities efficiently
• Passion for womens fashion and understanding of the fashion retail industry
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in social media trends and tools is a plus
