As a tax accountant on our Corporate Tax team, you'll help ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance by supporting the company's sales and use tax and property tax activities. In this role, you'll prepare, maintain, and analyze complex tax reports and data. You'll also identify potential tax issues, develop recommendations, and present your findings to management.

This is a hybrid role, requiring work from our Headquarters in Mayfield Village, OH.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting.
• This position requires online pre-employment testing for external candidates.

Preferred skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain productive work habits.
• Well-established organizational skills (planning, time management, and prioritization).
• Strong ability to work individually and in a collaborative team environment.

Compensation

• $54,100-$67,600/year
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
