Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: Salary guaranteed for 3 years with production & panel management incentives Straight from residency: $285,000 2 years of experience: $310,000 5 years of experience: $335,000 Tier-based system + Production and Quality Bonuses
- Sign-On Bonus: $75,000 sign-on bonus
- Student Loan Repayment Assistance: National Health Service Corps loan repayment program eligible (non-profit site) $75k lump sum residency stipend prior to employment (nontaxable income)
- Comprehensive Benefits Package: 2026 frontloaded PTO 200 hours (access immediately) + additional 80 hours accruing (can roll over up to 360 hours total; up to 280 hours potential payout) Full benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement plan, and more

Qualifications
- Degree: MD/DO
- Certifications: Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Licensure: Active state license or eligible to obtain one
- Experience: New grads and experienced physicians welcome
- Sponsorship: Visa candidates no capped sponsorship
