We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced healthcare. Role Responsibilities Manage all aspects of customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries via phone and email. Process orders accurately and conduct thorough follow-up services to ensure complete issue resolution. Navigate a high-volume call environment while dedicating the necessary time to stay with each client, ensuring their specific healthcare needs and questions are thoroughly addressed. Utilize research and troubleshooting skills to resolve customer problems, which range in complexity from straightforward requests to detailed procedural questions. Assist both internal and external customers, tailoring your communication style to best support the caller's unique situation. Focus on the ultimate goal of getting callers the accurate answers they need while maintaining a calm, reassuring, and highly dependable demeanor. Candidate Qualifications Experience: Proven experience in a high-volume call center setting, particularly handling healthcare services. An additional background in retail or general healthcare customer service is highly desirable. Technical Skills: Familiarity with automated dialers and general contact center software is required to efficiently manage call flows. Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities. You must demonstrate a sense of empathy, kindness, and patience when speaking with individuals navigating healthcare challenges. Problem-Solving: Service-oriented mindset with strategic problem-solving capabilities to navigate and provide solutions for complex healthcare scenarios.

salary: $17.99 - $18 per hour
