Responsibilities Diagnosing and repairing commercial HVAC systems (chillers, boilers, compressors, pumps, fans, etc.) Performing maintenance and replacements on mechanical systems Troubleshooting advanced systems including centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, screw chillers, and ammonia/hydrocarbon components Conducting mechanical shaft alignment and vibration analysis Installing complete HVAC systems and supporting infrastructure Providing expert recommendations and quotes for system upgrades and repairs Collaborating with apprentices and other mechanics to share knowledge and ensure top-tier service Traveling 10–20% to support customer needs across the region Prioritizing safety in every task What We’re Looking For We’re seeking skilled professionals with a strong mechanical background and a commitment to excellence. Hiring Compensation Range: $46.00-$49.72 is determined by the Local UA. (Hourly rate to be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
