Sales and Design Consultant

Design (Sales) Consultant Franchise Location: Re-Bath Northern Virginia, Sterling. Everyone deserves a bathroom they love. As a Design Consultant, you can turn customers’ dreams into reality by helping them create the perfect bathroom. Responsibilities Utilize sales skills on qualified appointments. Meet and build rapport with customers in their homes. Determine their design needs. Educate customers by presenting the Re-Bath solution. Close sales. Utilize project and design skills on qualified appointments. Conduct job site measuring. Photograph spaces appropriately. Create designs with customers. Select appropriate products. Correctly calculate costs of projects. Learn and implement the Re-Bath Franchise Sales system, tools, training, and resources. Qualifications One Call Closer experience. Minimum of 2 years of direct to customer sales experience; in‑home sales experience a plus. Home improvement related sales experience preferred. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Outstanding communication skills. Responsible and reliable. Coachable mindset. Competitive by nature. Clean driving record and background check. Warm, outgoing, and enthusiastic. Desire to help your clients find the best solutions for their needs. Independent, self‑motivated, disciplined, high achiever. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or other CRM a plus. High school diploma or GED required. Pay & Benefits Pay: $120,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year. Bonus based on performance, flexible schedule, training & development. Schedule Choose your own hours; Monday to Friday, weekend availability.
