CDL-A Hazmat Driver: Home Every Day Out of Northern CA

Dedicated Class A Regional Driver – Northern CA (Hazmat | $67K+ / Yr)

Position Overview: Steady regional loops running out of Northern California with guaranteed daily home time, dedicated drop-and-hook freight, and fixed days off.

Compensation & Earnings:

• Weekly Average: ~$1,300 gross (~$67,600 annualized).
• Scale-Up CPM: Starts at $0.63, scaling up to $0.70 top rate ($0.64 at 6 mos, $0.65 at 12 mos, $0.66 at 18 mos, $0.67 at 24 mos, $0.68 at 36 mos, $0.69 at 48 mos, $0.70 at max).
• Additional Pay: $15.00 per stop + $40.00 express lift-gate unload bonus.

Operating Schedule & Home Time:

• Home Time: 100% Home Daily + 2 set consecutive days off weekly.
• Shift Windows: Open day and night dispatch options.
• Workweek Requirements: Weekend and holiday availability required (scales up to 6 days during peak volume pushes).

Freight & Route Details:

• Weekly Distance: ~1,300 miles.
• Freight Type: Dedicated drop-and-hook freight with occasional express lift-gate deliveries.

Candidate Requirements:

• Licensing & Endorsements: Valid Class A CDL + Hazmat Endorsement required.
• Experience Tiers: Minimum 6 months OTR in the last 12 months OR 12 months in the last 5 years.
• Screening: Mandatory DOT pre-employment urine and hair follicle drug testing.
