As our Baker Head Chef, you’ll take the reins of our kitchen operations, ensuring every dish and baked good meets the highest standards of quality and taste. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing the kitchen team to deliver exceptional French baked goods and dishes.
• Overseeing the preparation of breads, pastries, and other baked items, ensuring consistency and excellence.
• Designing and refining recipes to maintain authenticity and innovation in our menu offerings.
• Managing inventory, sourcing quality ingredients, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations.
• Upholding food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Collaborating with management to create seasonal menus and specials.

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in baking or as a chef in a similar role.
• Expertise in French baking techniques and cuisine.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a busy kitchen environment.
• A passion for culinary excellence and attention to detail.
• French language skills are a big plus (+++),
