Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Fountain Valley, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/21/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Not specified. The telemetry nurse will provide specialized care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and related interventions. This position involves working within an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Job Details Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI (Preferred), NIHSS Education and Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience, valid CA State License required in-hand at the time of application, and EPIC electronic medical record experience noted in work history. Schedule: Shift days from 07:00 to 19:30, with 12-hour shifts totaling a minimum of 36 hours per week. Additional Requirements: All required certifications must be in-hand when applying. RTO (Return to Office) restrictions apply, with a maximum of 7 days of RTO per 13-week contract, and no RTO within the first two weeks of the assignment. Two supervisor references required. Responsibilities include interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, use of rapid response and code teams, peripheral line care, oxygen management, telemetry monitoring, post-procedure care, wound care, and other specialized cardiac and respiratory interventions.
