Physical Therapist

Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Flower Mound, TX . In this role, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient care. Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans Perform physical therapy treatments using various therapeutic techniques and modalities Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records Educate patients and families about treatment plans and home exercise programs Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards Participate in team meetings and care planning sessions Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Current Texas Physical Therapy license Valid BLS/CPR certification Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills Proven experience in developing and implementing treatment plans Strong documentation and electronic medical record skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements Experience working with diverse patient populations Problem‑solving and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Additional Information Compensation: $78,000+ Starting Base Annual Salary (salary based on experience level) Negotiable Sign-On and/or Retention Bonus Therapist Incentive Program Excellent benefits package including 401(k), health, dental, and generous paid time off Multiple opportunities for professional development, specialization, and leadership New graduate mentoring Continuing education Employee discount plans Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Opportunity to treat specialty cases including TMJ or vestibular disorders Investment from a company that wants you to succeed and thrive #J-18808-Ljbffr
