- Tiempo completo (40 horas por semana)
- Horario: 9:00 AM a 5:30 PM
- Días de descanso: viernes y Sábado
- Salario: $16.00 por hora
- Pago quincenal (cada dos semanas)
- Ubicación: Montclair, NJ
- Mantener limpias las áreas comunes, pasillos, entradas y áreas exteriores.
- Recoger y sacar la basura y el reciclaje.
- Barrer, trapear y realizar tareas generales de limpieza.
- Apoyar con tareas ligeras de mantenimiento según sea necesario.
- Reportar cualquier problema de mantenimiento a la administración.
- Mantener la propiedad limpia, organizada y segura.
- Experiencia previa en limpieza, mantenimiento o como portero es preferible, pero no es obligatoria.
- Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras.
- Ser responsable, puntual y con buena actitud de trabajo.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente.
- Autorización para trabajar en los Estados Unidos.
