This role is ideal for physicians seeking a primarily inpatient-focused position while maintaining a connection to outpatient care. The practice emphasizes work-life balance, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for professional growth.

Role Highlights:

• Primarily inpatient care: 4 days per week in the hospital, ½ day per week in the outpatient clinic
• Manage a reasonable patient load (15-20 hospital patients/day)
• Limited hospital coverage: assigned to only 1-2 hospitals out of the 14 in the group
• Shared call schedule: 1 in 4 weekends
• Collaborative, youthful team environment

Qualifications:

• MD/DO from an accredited program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Infectious Disease
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
• Open to new graduates
