The practice emphasizes work-life balance, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for professional growth. Role Highlights:
- Primarily inpatient care: 4 days per week in the hospital, ½ day per week in the outpatient clinic
- Manage a reasonable patient load (15-20 hospital patients/day)
- Limited hospital coverage: assigned to only 1-2 hospitals out of the 14 in the group
- Shared call schedule: 1 in 4 weekends
- Collaborative, youthful team environment

- MD/DO from an accredited program
