Process Excellence Manager

Leading the optimization of commercial processes, the full-time remote Commercial Process Excellence Manager will evaluate, design, and enhance end-to-end processes while managing CRM strategy and governance for Salesforce and related applications. Key Responsibilities Lead the evaluation, design, and optimization of commercial processes to improve efficiency and customer experience Serve as the business owner for Salesforce, managing CRM roadmap priorities and ensuring data integrity and governance Drive organizational change initiatives and develop strategies for user adoption of process and technology improvements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred 5+ years of experience in business process management, CRM strategy, or commercial excellence 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects and improvement initiatives Experience supporting Salesforce or other enterprise CRM platforms Strong understanding of commercial operations and customer lifecycle management
