Jefferson Healthcare () is seeking a Compliance and Risk Management Coordinator to join our team! The Compliance & Risk Management Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of the organizations Compliance and Risk Management programs. Working under the direction of the Director of Compliance and Risk Management this position assists with compliance program operations enterprise risk management activities regulatory oversight revenue integrity initiatives patient experience review and legal and public records processes.

The Coordinator partners with enterprise leadership to identify risks investigate concerns monitor regulatory requirements conduct audits coordinate corrective actions maintain policies and procedures and support organizational compliance with applicable laws regulations standards and ethical practices. Through these activities the position contributes to the organizations commitment to patient safety operational excellence regulatory compliance and public trust. What we are looking for:

• Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare compliance risk management Health Information Management legal accreditation or quality assurance.
• Bachelors degree in healthcare administration Public Health Nursing Health Information or a related field is preferred.
• Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) or similar credential are preferred.

Schedule: 1.0 FTE; Day shift; Fully on site (0800-1630)

• The base salary range for this position reflects both market competitiveness and the full compensation potential for the role. Individual offers will be determined based on a candidates qualifications and experience beyond the stated minimum most cases compensation will fall between the minimum and midpoint of the range. Placement above the midpoint will be reserved for candidates whose qualifications significantly exceed the minimum requirements.
