The schedule allows for 37.5 hours per week, providing a well-balanced workweek while delivering vital SLP services.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active Illinois SLP license is mandatory
• Meets all state and district-specific requirements to practice in school settings (such as Professional Educator License if required)
• Experience with K-12 populations preferred
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches for diverse age groups and needs
• Dedication to fostering inclusive, student-centered environments

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and deliver direct therapy services to K-12 students
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support communication and language goals
• Maintain clear documentation, progress reports, and compliance with all local and state regulations
• Serve as a resource for speech-language development and assistive technology integration when needed
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives supporting student success
