Work with qualified buyer opportunities and guide clients through every stage of the home-buying process—from initial consultations and home searches to property showings, offer negotiations, and closing.
With proven sales systems, CRM technology, ongoing training, coaching, and dedicated team support , you can spend less time prospecting and building your business from scratch and more time connecting with buyers, helping clients find the right home, and closing transactions .

Compensation:$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:What You’ll Do
- Work with pre-qualified homebuyers from consultation through closing
- Conduct buyer consultations and property showings
- Manage leads, communication, and follow-up using CRM and sales systems
- Convert buyer appointments into clients and closed transactions
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients
- Host open houses and engage prospective buyers
- Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
- Participate in training, coaching, and team development
- Active Georgia Real Estate License required
- Full-time commitment to a real estate sales career
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and real estate technology
- Organized with strong follow-up, time-management, and attention to detail
- Coachable, accountable, motivated, and results-oriented
- Positive, solutions-focused, and committed to continuous growth
- Strong work ethic with a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience
