Project Coordinator Pay: $65,000 to $70,000 per year (salaried) Location: Sparks, NV Schedule: 12-hour shifts. Overtime and weekend work as needed. Travel: Required Start: As soon as possible Job Type: Salaried Pay Frequency: Weekly pay Shifts: • A Shift: Sunday through Tuesday, plus every other Wednesday, 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM • B Shift: Thursday through Saturday, plus every other Wednesday, 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM • C Shift: Sunday through Tuesday, plus every other Wednesday, 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM • D Shift: Thursday through Saturday, plus every other Wednesday, 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM About the Role ShareSTAFF is hiring a Project Coordinator to support quality and containment projects in Sparks, NV. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, experience in rework or containment, and a hands-on approach to project coordination. You'll oversee daily operations on-site, make sure quality standards are met, and support site launches and small team activities. Travel is a requirement for this role. What You'll Do • Coordinate and oversee quality and containment activities on-site. • Support mechanical rework operations and ensure adherence to specifications. • Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and inspectors to maintain workflow and resolve issues. • Ensure project documentation, reports, and quality records are accurate and timely. • Assist with site launch activities, including setup, training, and process validation. • Provide direction and support to small teams to achieve project goals. • Maintain flexibility to meet production demands, including overtime and weekend work as needed. What You Bring: Required • Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a quality and/or containment environment. • Technical background and demonstrated leadership experience. • Experience performing detailed dimensional inspections using precision measuring tools such as calipers, pin gauges, micrometers, and height gauges. • Mechanical and/or rework experience. • Strong understanding of quality processes, inspection methods, problem-solving, and containment operations. • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Flexibility to work varying hours, overtime, and weekends as business needs require. • Ability to travel.
