Technical Support Engineer

Technical Support Engineer Required Qualifications BS or MS in Civil Engineering (Structural). Proficiency in structural steel design (AISC). Experience in using structural analysis and design software. Excellent communication skills, including technical writing. Job Responsibilities Customer technical support by email and telephone. Advising clients on effective application of the software. Assisting users in troubleshooting software issues. Verification of bugs, testing of fixes, and full product testing for new version releases. User training (classroom and online). Reviewing and expanding software documentation.
