About the Role We are seeking a dynamic, guest‑focused Floor Manager who leads from the front. This role is responsible for maintaining an active presence on the floor, ensuring operational excellence, and creating a culture where both guests and team members thrive. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, natural coach, and decisive leader who can balance hospitality with accountability in a fast‑paced environment. What You’ll Do Lead by example with consistent floor presence and hands‑on support Oversee daily service execution to ensure exceptional guest experience Cross‑train across all restaurant roles and step in as needed to support operations Coach and develop team members in real time, ensuring thorough and efficient documentation processes Reinforce service, sanitation, and food safety standards Assist with inventory management and cost controls Monitor workflow, staffing deployment, and pace during peak hours Promote specials, drive upselling, and maintain strong product knowledge Address guest concerns with professionalism and urgency What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment A genuine passion for hospitality and team development Strong communication and conflict resolution skills Ability to stay composed and solution‑oriented under pressure High standards for cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence Reliability, accountability, and a collaborative mindset If you love building strong teams, holding high standards, and creating memorable guest experiences, we’d love to meet you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
