About the Role
The new LP experience at Bionic Wines is seeking seasonal kitchen support to assist the Vineyard Chef in daily service operations. Daily operations consist of one large lunch seating, and a smaller second seating with limited menu items. As the support for the Vineyard Chef, you will be in charge of keeping servicewares cleaned and prepared for use. You will also assist with daily wipe down, clearing out trash, and washing dishes for the LP. Depending on experience and scope of work there may be opportunities to plate and run food in the dining room. This position requires being comfortable in front of the guests of the LP experience.

Specific Responsibilities
Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards and guidelines
Clean and organize all serviceware prior first and second lunch seatings
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Operate and maintain all dishwashing equipment
Remove damaged or broken items and report them to the appropriate department for inventory
Assist the Vineyard Chef with plating and kitchen tasks as needed
Run plates to the dining room as needed
Daily closing tasks including deep cleaning and trash removal

Position Requirements
Prior experience in a commercial kitchen
Knowledge of food and hygiene standards and practices
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as dictated by the Bionic Wines LP calendar
Ability to work multiple hours on your feet
Easily be able to lift 50 pounds
Must be able to plate and run food in the dining room with competency
Proper and professional self-presentation and grooming standards including clean pressed and proper fitting clothing.

Compensation
Base hourly rate is $20.00 per hour depending on scope of work outlined by the Vineyard Chef.
This position will work up to 32/40 hours per week and must be comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays.
This position will be eligible for tip-share when implemented.
