Job Description Shift Leader Pay Range: $17.13 - $22.00 About The Job You will act as a leader during your shift, ensuring team members meet their goals and uphold company policies. This role requires judgment, basic math skills, and the ability to multitask. Job Requirements & Duties You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
