Preferred Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time Doctor of Physical Therapy who wants more than just a job - someone who wants to grow, lead, and make an impact.

We are not a high-volume clinic.
We are building a culture.
Compensation
$80,000-$85,000 annually (based on experience)

Paid bi-weekly
Monthly performance bonus opportunities

Flexible Schedule

Choose what fits your lifestyle:

4 x 10-hour shifts (3-day weekend every week)
OR
5 x 8-hour shifts (Monday-Friday)

Mandatory Team Development:

Tuesday 12:30-2:00 PM (Staff Meeting)
Thursday 12:30-2:00 PM (Training & Growth Time)

Bonus Opportunities

Regen bonus: Up to $1,000/month
